Multi-level Swap & Sear™ Cooking System

• Versatile Cooking Options: This unique system allows you to cook in multiple heat zones by using multiple cooking levels at once; with the ability to get in and perfectly sear without the need to add more fuel, perfect for the ever-popular reverse searing method of cooking steak. You can explore versatile cooking options and maximise the flavour of your food by using high and low heat zones. It features a cooking grid that can be positioned low on the fire bowl, or using the expander frame to position the grid higher above the cooking coals. This versatility lets you prepare a wide variety of different meals for your family and friends.
• Perfectly Cooked Pizza: The tripod cooking rack supports a heat deflector stone, which is also included. When this is used in conjunction with the cooking grid you get a cooking system that is great for deflecting heat for low & slow cooking. Otherwise, the deflector can be swapped out with the grill for an incredible sear, or the deflector can also be used as a full moon pizza stone set low over the heat zone.
